Exercising experience

 My exercising journey started when I was 8, I guess. I know it might be too early for somebody out there! In our house we used to have a treadmill which was used by mom back then. I would see my mom running and sometimes walking using it. She would do that usually in the weekends because of her job, her job was teaching so she would wake up early like us and drive to school. 

One day I decided to use that too because I was little cubby than I used to. And when I told my mom she was surprised and shocked by that. I started to use the shoes and clothes of my mom even I have one through. I think it motivated me to do so. When my father drive to home and be back after his work he would clap and make me laugh while walking on the treadmill. I was a child that is so energetic and hyped. I would talk probably to much and play with all of my cousins and sister.

And currently, I'm working out in home because of the quarantine. It is going good so far. I love to add weights on my workouts because it is more challenging and exciting. For now I want to build on more muscles. I started to exercise with weight before 3 months ago and it makes me feel so much stronger and energized. Before 5 years ago I would wake up early to run in our apartment before our family breakfast which was a really sweet memories but some times annoying. It is hard to shut the alarm you know ! I think that exercising contributed to my mental and physical health. Sweating and getting movement in after a long session of online classes is the best thing I can do to feel relieved!

I learned that every body is a miracle. It is our shelter that we depend on, and it depend on us too. We should do things that makes our body feels good and healthy. Movement may be difficult sometimes but the feeling at the end of the workout made it so worth it! The future should be bright after corona. Movement really does help you to clear your mind and be happy because of the Depamine hormone. It will always help me now and in the future of course. Hopefully, this habit will stay with me to make my day bright and energetic after the strokes that sitting online made :)

Exercising is a hobby that makes people energetic, strong and happy. The feeling in the end makes everything worth it!

  1. Thank you so much for your blog. Usually we write about our AEP experience, but sharing your exercising experience will definitely inspire everyone to move a little more I'm sure! Im lucky I have a whole classroom as my gym and last night I ran up and down the hallway for 20 minutes because its law again that I cannot run outside, then i used my skipping rope because the ceilings are nice and high here and then I did a few push up and some other exercises because the floor is super clean as no one is here in school.
