'Informative Week' Blog 2.1, Ayse

Hello, I'm back with another blog, for this week we've accomplished a lot and at the same time it was very collaborative. Time literally just flew by, I can't believe that 1 week of AEP passed already. This week, on Tuesday we continued with learning line graphs. It was really fun, I've learned a ton of new words which are synonyms of the word "wane". What we exactly did was create a Venn diagram which was named: 'Super Sonic Flowery Bubble' by Deesha, and 'The Flower Venn Diagram' named by Miss Disa. The Venn Diagram looked amazing, it was colorful, full of words and really pretty.

The subject started off with us doing our typeshift which took me a short time to complete and it was a good startup for the class, since I had Math and Chemistry before AEP, I was already exhausted. Later on Miss Disa told us to look for the synonyms of the verbs that described a line graph, we used the word 'wane' as I said a while ago, as the base word, we used some of the verbs that we searched up last week. Each one of us did a circle for a word, for instance, I focused on the word 'decrease' which means to make or become smaller or fewer in size, amount, intensity, or degree. I've looked up for synonyms for decrease and I've found and learned words like: lessen, depreciate, minimize diminish, and decline. This lesson was one of those times were I would never forget about. After we fulfilled our tasks and talked about it, Miss Disa placed a line graph for 2011 on Miro and we had to summarize the information of the lines and give a description of them. That was all for the day, on Tuesday we did typeshift(which I gave up on) and start our blog.

What I have learned from this lesson is that words are very complicated, but actually fun to learn. This lesson will surely help me when I'm trying to describe something to someone, and at the moment we are also talking about Venn diagrams in math, so this will surely help me. I'm also amazed that lines can show and describe something in a much more simpler way.

Looking forward to the upcoming classes!!! I am hoping to improve the skills I have learned so far, thank you Miss Disa for being patient with us!! 💗
