In AEP we're doing essays based on maps. There will be no explanation on the maps, and we're supposed to make sense of it and turn it into an essay. There are often just two maps and usually only have the before and after something happened. The uniqueness of essays based on maps is that the language used is slightly different to a regular essay and can be done quickly most of the time. In the mornings we usually spend 10 - 15 minutes doing word games like online scrabble or some variation of scrabble.
