Another task miss told us to do throughout the 2-week period is to have 3 exercise snacks every day which we have to have 3 exercise snacks a day, an exercise snack is not the snack you're probably thinking of but you can think of it like that but instead of eating it, you exercise. It's like you when eating fruits throughout the day but for this, you replace food with exercise. This could be any exercise that could benefit you physically in any way.
Another task miss told us we have to do is to get rid of 1 bad habit that causes us to be less productive throughout our day. This could include any tasks which make you lazy and cause you to procrastinate all your work. Miss disa also told us to do 1 act of kindness every day. this could be anything to someone or even to yourself.
Miss Disa also taught us how toxic productivity is harmful to your body, it's where you work yourself to death to get a good output and result. These often lead to mental and physical damage to your body. She also explained that in many Asian cultures,working yourself to death is often a good thing because you'll be viewed as hard-working. Many of us just want to finish an activity or complete one of our assignments, no one really wants to learn and enjoy the process, they just want it done with and this is something which is not looked at by schools and other workplaces.
